Repair Authorization

I acknowledge that estimates are subject to change and may increase upon further inspection. If I choose not to complete repairs with Chosen Customs, I understand an inspection and admin fee may apply.

I hereby authorize the complete repair of my vehicle by Chosen Customs, once approved by my insurance provider. I understand and agree:

• Chosen Customs is not liable for loss or damage to the vehicle or any items inside it due to theft, fire, natural disaster, or other causes beyond its control.
• I grant permission to Chosen Customs and its employees to operate, test, deliver, inspect, and transport my vehicle as necessary.
• Chosen Customs is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation or movement of the vehicle for bodywork or service-related tasks.
• Additional damage may be discovered after teardown, and I authorize Chosen Customs to request insurance supplements as needed. Repairs will not proceed without appropriate authorization.
• If parts listed in the estimate are not available or can be repaired safely, I agree that Chosen Customs is to be paid in full for all repairs prior to the release of the vehicle.
• Insurance companies may issue payment directly to the vehicle owner. In such cases, I agree to immediately remit full payment to Chosen Customs upon receipt of any insurance funds, including initial and supplemental payments. I further agree that:
  • Chosen Customs retains possession of the vehicle until full payment is received.
  • No vehicle will be released without full settlement of the repair invoice.
  • Delays in payment from me or my insurance do not obligate Chosen Customs to release the vehicle.
  • Storage fees may apply after completion of repairs if payment has not been made.
  • I remain fully responsible for the total cost of repairs regardless of insurance coverage, delays, or disputes.

Reconozco que los estimados están sujetos a cambios y pueden aumentar después de una inspección más detallada. Si decido no completar las reparaciones con Chosen Customs, entiendo que puede aplicarse un cargo de inspección y administración.

Por la presente autorizo la reparación completa de mi vehículo por Chosen Customs, una vez aprobada por mi aseguradora. Entiendo y acepto:

• Chosen Customs no es responsable por pérdida o daño al vehículo o a los artículos dentro de él debido a robo, incendio, desastre natural u otras causas fuera de su control.
• Doy permiso a Chosen Customs y a sus empleados para operar, probar, entregar, inspeccionar y transportar mi vehículo según sea necesario.
• Chosen Customs no es responsable por daños que puedan ocurrir durante el transporte o movimiento del vehículo para trabajos de carrocería o servicio.
• Se pueden descubrir daños adicionales después del desmontaje, y autorizo a Chosen Customs a solicitar suplementos al seguro según sea necesario. Las reparaciones no continuarán sin la autorización correspondiente.
• Si las piezas del estimado no están disponibles o pueden repararse de forma segura, acepto que Chosen Customs debe recibir el pago completo de todas las reparaciones antes de entregar el vehículo.
• Las aseguradoras pueden emitir el pago directamente al dueño del vehículo. En ese caso, acepto entregar de inmediato el pago completo a Chosen Customs al recibir cualquier fondo del seguro, incluidos pagos iniciales y suplementarios. Además acepto que:
  • Chosen Customs conserva la posesión del vehículo hasta recibir el pago completo.
  • Ningún vehículo será entregado sin liquidar la factura de reparación.
  • Los retrasos en el pago, míos o de mi aseguradora, no obligan a Chosen Customs a entregar el vehículo.
  • Pueden aplicarse cargos de almacenamiento después de terminar las reparaciones si no se ha realizado el pago.
  • Sigo siendo totalmente responsable del costo total de las reparaciones, sin importar la cobertura del seguro, retrasos o disputas.
